Clockwork Talk’s suite of workshops have become a regular program offering for this client’s leadership development program, which trains a diverse cross-section of clinical and non-clinical middle and senior managers, including physicians.
In their role as leaders, these professionals need to be persuasive and action-oriented in formal presentations. It’s essential to sell their ideas both internally, to their teams, hospital committees and senior executives, and externally, to associations, conferences and associated colleges. The training introduced the managers to the communication tools that would allow them to achieve their objectives.
