Executive Presentations

Do you need to present to your boss – or your boss’s boss, an executive steering committee, or even to the Board? Whether it’s to report on an issue of concern to a particular executive or to win executive support for your own initiative, this workshop can improve your success.

You’ll learn how to accurately assess the situation before your presentation by asking the right questions, so that the message you shape clearly and persuasively speaks to the drivers and personalities of the executives in the room. Because time with executives can be cut short, you’ll learn how to get your point across quickly – so you’re never at the mercy of the clock or interruptions.

You’ll also learn how to map a winning strategy for each group, and approach them in the right order to build momentum towards consensus and ultimately your end result. And you’ll discover how to position and adapt the message effectively to win over resistant groups and establish common ground.
